Born with dreams and determination, living across 12+ rented homes. Juggling education and family responsibilities, laying the mental and emotional bedrock for an extraordinary life ahead. These years instilled in him an unbreakable resilience and a deep understanding of what hardship truly feels like.

Joined Syndicate Bank as a clerk — rose through the ranks to Branch Manager over three dedicated decades. Frequent transfers, balancing family life, and navigating institutional challenges built a rare combination of professional acumen and human sensitivity that would later define his coaching style.

Started a brush manufacturing unit from a single room, naming it "Rainbow." Through grit and family partnership, it evolved into Rainbow Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — a growing legacy that proved his belief: when purpose fuels effort, success follows.

Retired from Syndicate Bank on 31st July 2020. Founded Saharanpur Mitra Mandal and Jan Chetna Mission. Began public speaking and life coaching — not as a second career, but as a calling. Every session given freely, every insight offered without commercial motive.

Continuing to inspire thousands through mentorship, community building, and lived storytelling. A legacy not built on victories — but on values, service, and the quiet joy of seeing someone else's life transform.
