Empowering Young Minds: A 3-Day Journey of Innovation at JV Jain College, Saharanpur
The Alumni Association of JV Jain College, Saharanpur, recently hosted a three-day workshop on Entrepreneurship, Food Preservatives, and the Food Industry, bringing together experts, alumni, and aspiring entrepreneurs to bridge the gap between academia and real-world innovation.
It was an honor for Mr. Gulshan Nagpal, an accomplished industrialist and motivational speaker, to be invited and warmly welcomed by the Alumni Association to interact with students and share his journey of entrepreneurial growth and resilience.
During the sessions, Mr. Nagpal emphasized the importance of practical learning, adaptability, and ethical entrepreneurship in today’s dynamic business ecosystem. He spoke passionately about how innovation in the food industry — especially in the field of sustainable food preservation and production — can open immense opportunities for India’s youth.
“Entrepreneurship is not just about starting a business; it’s about identifying a problem, creating value, and contributing to society’s progress,” said Mr. Gulshan Nagpal while addressing the young participants.
The workshop also included insightful demonstrations on modern food preservation techniques, discussions on industry standards, and interactive sessions designed to encourage students to think beyond traditional career paths.
As an alumnus, Mr. Nagpal expressed deep gratitude toward JV Jain College for nurturing generations of professionals and entrepreneurs who continue to make a mark in their respective fields. His words inspired the students to stay curious, courageous, and committed to their dreams — the true essence of entrepreneurship.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks from the organizing committee, recognizing the valuable contributions of the alumni community in guiding and mentoring the next generation.
